He tells these stories to a crazy cast of characters including townies like waitress Isabella, the Queen of the Proverb, and to passers-thru like Bubba the wise trucker and the New Agers of the Caravan called the Gift…Come on in and sit a spell! From Dasmore City the Bhineway wound with the Bhine River down from Lake Taro to Chawtown on the Bay. The prints we are following are strange. There are two hind claws, one pad limping perhaps, and the faint drag occasionally of a brushy something. The whole is heavy but moving determinedly. These are very important prints but we do not know why yet. This we know:

They belong to the mutant leader Liman who has a human head and arm, a bear’s upper body and arm, lizard legs and the mane and tail of a lion. He wears scraps of armor as he can and strange insignia. He is one of Tarif’s creation and wishes only to be left alone. He became leader for his intelligence. He is bright but quiet, morbid.

One of my favorite sketches from Albuquerque NM 2002

Depicts Old Town, Nob Hill, Downtown (in distance), church at Acoma (Sky City) and the wild fires that ravaged so much land that year. The reflection on alchoholism, death and despair is clear - the peaceful expression on the beautiful Native American woman's face is calming to me, probably represents acceptance and beauty... generally I just doodle - sometimes it turns into a composition, sometimes it turns into a paper aeroplane.
